Lecture series on Cloud Microphysics and Dynamics, Observations and Models
Lecture series on Cloud Microphysics and Dynamics was organized at IITM during 29 January to 1 February 2018. Prof. Wojciech W. Grabowski, Senior Scientist, National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), Boulder, Colorado, USA and Dr. Duncan Axisa, Senior Scientist and Director, Droplet Measurement Technologies (DMT), USA delivered lectures on Aerosol-cloud-precipitation interaction, Modeling, Observations etc. IITM scientists delivered special lectures on CAIPEEX and HACPL efforts.
About 45 participants from various Indian Universities and IITM scientists participated in this event. The lectures are made available in a Current Research Highlights of 6 February 2018 on IITM website.
